You sound panicky. Find a counseler, female preferred (they tend to be more open minded). You need a professional to talk to. Preferably one well educated in personality disorders.

I wish I knew who you were…my own son is a diagnosed SP/N/P…he has two small children…one a son…he is not fit to be a parent, yet is all of a sudden wanting to be one just to spite his ex…I would be willing to help my ex daughter in law, if she asked…
