These banner ads had disappeared after I filed a complaint with the DA’s Public Corruption Unit (while he didn’t handle my case of course, I spoke several times to Luke Rettler, the ADA head of the unit) that an NYPD cyberstalker was seeking to derail my NYPD FOIL application through threats (the ads would even appear on legal research sites on an outside computer, emails that had to meet legal deadlines would be disconnected from the web just as I went to send them, secure SSL/HTTPS encrypted email connections were destroyed by man-in-the-middle attacks, presumably, resulting in untrusted site warnings, etc.).  Now they are back.

The banner ads mostly lasted only a few seconds, so I wasn’t able to screen capture them all.  There was a silencer ad that was particularly dramatic (on or about 7/14/15).

I couldn’t find the exact one, but the above give the flavor.

The next one is the old reliable, that has shown up for years, all the others are new.

And just to show he has a sense of humor, my NYPD cyberstalker, included this Vitamin Water ad just to show that he had been following me that day (6/24/15 to my best recollection) while I was walking carrying a Vitamin Water.  The ads (there were two identical ones on a single web page) only appeared onscreen for two/three seconds.

Finally, I first noticed the below Monday, June 22, 2015.

tirewscrew

The last time I had a screw in a tire (early June 2014), a much larger car almost slammed me into a wall on the NJTP at speed or perhaps it sought to force me into emergency maneuvers that could have placed a lateral load on the tires possibly blowing the tire with a screw in the tread and sending me rolling.  However I only straight line braked, much more severely than I had ever done before, sending grapes straight lining into the windshield, caroming around the car.  Drilled rotors and racing brake pads, worth it.  This was shortly after filing a complaint, identifying the suspected harassing cops by license plate number, with the Civilian Complaint Review Board and contacting the IG for the NYPD.

UPDATE:  I have made formal complaints to the NYPD Internal Affairs Bureau, the Civilian Complaint Review Board and the the DA’s Public Corruption Unit, which included this post.  Not surprisingly the adds stopped immediately.
