Look at the thin upper lip. People have noticed this in perverts, pedophiles and shifty people in general. It may very well be this thin upper lip is a Spath trait.
As I mentioned a good while ago I think it extremely likely that AI could identify these Spath animals and I bet they know this or at least some of them do.
There’s a blog post by Annette Lucas where she says she was trained, brutally by torture, to recognize various perversions or inclinations to various perversions in Men. The goal was to use this knowledge for blackmail.

The trouble with programming an AI, (neural net), is not the software. There’s open source public code online but the pictures needed to train it. You get a vast number of psychopaths facial pictures and train the AI and then a vast number of normal people and train it one good, one bad. I bet that you could get a really good fix on who is Spath or not from just a facial picture. The more pictures, the better the fit. I commented here about how they were able to figure homosexual or not from AI training here but can’t remember what link it was or the actual numbers and how accurate. It was very high though. The AI could tell fairly certainly homo or not.

Yes, I suspect so. I considered making Isikoff an archetype, but he had only one co-type I could find. AFAIC, they are both arrogant, smarmy, too clever by half, contempuous of others behind their plastered on smiles, and they both wear permanent facial expressions, etc.
