This car was waiting to for me to turn the other way and almost certainly follow me to the subway at a walking pace from a block back, as it had done multiple, multiple times.

The principal driver (light toned, very dark haired, 5′ 10″ ish caucasian, very arrogant) and his ‘crew’ of psychopathic Don Iquanas, along with an ex, had harassed me using police powers and prerogatives since 1994/5.  It seems he has resurfaced.

This car and license disappeared from the precinct after this date and I never saw it again.  You’d think he knew he had been caught in illegal activity.

He later moved, to NYS DPL 8171, which also disappeared from the neighborhood after I documented its presence in 2011.  The last car I saw him in was a DPA 4(?) something.

Other escapades of his and his crew were giving my ex tours of my apartment and apparently, from the excess noise on the line that only ceased years later when I started official investigations, access to my phone line.  Actually I still hear these phone noises occasionally.  The last time was December 24, 2020, Christmas Eve.  You read that correctly just a few weeks ago.  I guess my ex wanted to say hello.  NYC cops essentially have full freedom to break the law, they just can’t use the information in court.  Here it was just for entertainment, which is a crime.  But for all psychopaths there is no crime if they can’t or won’t be caught.

I first realized that one or more officers had become involved in my life personally was after filing a police report on my ex calling my answering machine 30-40 times a day (back in 92 or 93).  I had a Code-A-Phone machine which counted the calls. The report disappeared and the calls ceased, she was tipped off.

I wouldn’t believe a word this officer, TLC6Y87/DPL8171, says.  Fish swim, birds fly, squirrels climb trees and dirty cops lie.  Cops don’t come dirtier than this one.  Actually, all police officers have a license to lie, even in court under oath, Briscoe v. Lahue, immunity from perjury.

If BLM had any intelligence they’d seek to review this and the many other police immunities.  ‘Defund the Police’ is sheer stupidity that prevents a nuanced approach to police reform (not to mention that the police are in fact a sine qua non of civilization).

I would also like him and his crew to be investigated for possible attempted murder for the incident where there was an attempt to slam me into a barrier on the Jersey turnpike (or perhaps to break check me into a spin on already compromised tires – a screw had been placed through the tread the night before).  This took place within days of my offering the Inspector General of the NYPD to identify psychopathic officers on the force

HEY, HEY, HEY [this was written in segments, over time]!  The third license plate of the “lizard brained” NYPD Officer TLC6Y87/DPL8171 just came to me last night, must have been in a dream.  DPA MACKDADDY – yeah, that’s the ticket.  Now dreams never lie but they do speak in symbols and perhaps emotional truths.  Pimps of course are called mack daddies, because . . . they pick up certain smells from trying out, repeatedly, all their girls.  Mack . . . mackerel . . . get it?

How apt.  He is after all practically the NYPD Slut Master.  Oh, is that ‘slut shaming’?  OK, then, he’s essentially the Manager of the NYPD Whore Auxiliary (‘whore’ used non-pejoratively as another word for working girl).  Now, I had always thought when the police wanted to set someone up that they used actual working girls, prostitutes.  It turns out, from my experience, that they use nice neighborhood girls from local businesses.  BUT, they sort of pay them with sex (to a lizard brained Don Juan, sex is a work tool, like screwdrivers and wrenches to a handyman).  Or rather they seem to be seeking to please their police pimp lovers.

So, what’s the scenario, a badged Lothario comes onto a sales clerk like a Hollywood film lover?  And persuades the young thing that if she really loved  him (here the NYPD pimp officer) she’d turn tricks/do ‘special jobs’ just like those pimps ask in the movies?  Is this A-OK by their oath?  (Of course the lover boys’ targets aren’t always the young, I’ve certainly known mature women of serious professions, such as psychologists or therapists, to fall for these personality calculating, emotionless subtle reflex biological machines.)

They really do come across as equivalent to screen lovers, I’ve seen them in action, their eyes become melting pools of sincerity, etc., etc.  I once knew a Don Juan who was chasing two sisters simultaneously, though one thought she was chasing him.  Then one day, he came in chuckling, saying repeatedly, “I’m such a dog,  I’m such a dog.”  But offered no explanation.  I imagine he presented each with a picture such as this, but considerably more graphic.

Do I need to translate this?  Oh, OK.  NK:  ‘Do you really think I care about the P-word part of your anatomy?  You’ve been had.  I won.’  They are that cold blooded.  (Satan, leave my Instagram.)

What do pimps do (whether real pimps or psycho pimp cops like TLC/DPL/DPA MACKDADDY)?  They have to groom the young girls into acting out of character.  One of the prime ways is to pass the prospective prostitute (or police assistant setter upper of blackmail situations, or of criminal behavior, framed or otherwise) from ‘cool dude’ to ‘cool dude’.

MACKDADDY’s crew (all psychopaths) included an African American of a very young mental age who often hid in plain sight as a panhandler (The NY Daily News had a number of articles on undercover police using homeless/panhandler covers).  But I doubt he was much of a lover, too young emotionally (him:  ‘I once saw my mother coming out of the shower, sooooo scary’).  Then my personal nemesis, a shortish dirty blond tousled hair guy (Klaus Kinski looking), perhaps given to fancy Tecovas boots with lifts.  Then a 6 2ish movie star good looker. Then Gene de P (name approximate if I’ve scrambled it incorrectly after 25 years) who was in group therapy for being a womanizer (bwa, ha, ha — what a great way to meet women).  So MACKDADDY definitely had/has the grooming pals.

Did this conform to his NYPD oath?  The reprobate minded couldn’t care less.  Virtuousness or the appearance of being a good cop is only a cloak for evil.  All psychopaths are reprobate minded.  (It’s a great word — people know it already and it unites the many corrupt of that stripe.  Hopefully it will help people understand psychopathic evil — as opposed to saying, for example, ‘Oh, John Miller could never frame and murder the innocent, he could never kill a cop just for effect.’  Oh no?  What if he is reprobate minded to his very soul?  I would never underestimate John Miller’s capacity for deceptive evil.)

I think commissions should be set up both to reform the NYPD (these commissions happen every few decades) and to review related court cases concerning whether they produced justice or not.

I would like to see the cases against Darryl Littlejohn reviewed – he was found guilty in the murder of Immette St. Guillen and an earlier attack.  Was the older case a set up to ensure guilt in the main case? The causes for suspicion: the demeanor of the complainant, the pep talks for conviction by DA’s office and high NYPD brass that involved the head (“K”) of the evidence lab (sheer impropriety), the involvement in the lab of relatives of the NYPD connected other person of interest (the bar owner), etc. (Discussed briefly in

Does the NYPD have pockets of the reprobate criminal minded who frame and sometimes even murder people or not?  Is there a criminal ‘deep NYPD/DA’s office’ or not?
