The way I look at things, his eyes are ‘all wrong’ (a scientific term I need to define, any day now). Arrogant, childish, seemingly unbridled liar (or true blue believer), etc., etc. Hate filled.
Psychopaths simply can’t comprehend that laws, procedures, or constitutionality matter. They consider all that a false front. Only the decision maker’s wishes matters. The same seems true for Mayorkas.

Back to Mayorkas, in my opinion, the psychopathic community (the Psychopath Nation?) in the US is 99% behind open borders (i.e., the extinction of America), for the WEF New World Order, anti-Trump, pro the body snatcher vaxx for normies. All for the same reason, their own protection (including protecting their essentially hidden status).
