This is a cross post from a comment I left at Lovefraud.com.

I’m curious. I consider Matin MacNeil to be an obvious-at-a-glance psychopath. Do any of the readers of this agree? I posted a few pictures here: https://pathwhisperer.wordpress.com/2013/10/11/psychopathic-doctor-martin-macneil-on-trial-for-wifes-death/ .

A while back Lovefraud had a post from a reader about ‘seeing psychopaths’, http://www.lovefraud.com/2011/01/15/letters-to-lovefraud-o-like-umbrella-and-the-shut-down-mechanism/ , https://pathwhisperer.wordpress.com/2011/01/19/as-time-passed-i-learned-how-to-see-psychopaths-it-was-as-if-a-sixth-sense-had-been-awakened/ .

Before developing the ability to ‘see psychopaths’ I think it would be necessary for most people to first believe that it is possible, that others can in fact do it. The doctors MacNeill and Swango are about as obvious as they come. Any thoughts? http://www.lovefraud.com/2013/10/18/dr-martin-macneill-stands-trial-for-murdering-his-wife/comment-page-2/#comment-195002

I think I recognized my first psychopath at around 5 years of age (of course, I didn’t recognize them as psychopaths then but did recognize that there was something wrong with them).  I’m grew up in Inkster, Michigan.  My mother was a librarian.  I recall the library and the road it was on as being on an embankment through (at that time) orchards and farmland.  My sister and I had gone down the embankment to wander through an apple orchard and climb trees.  While my sister was high up in one tree a group of boys came along and joined us.  Two of them came back down from the tree, saying my sister was too high and why didn’t I call her down and then we all could strip her naked and touch her all over.  Of course, I was near to panic, not knowing what to do.  We were invisible to the road and the library.  Should I tell her to stay high and go get help?  What to do?  And of course I was scared for myself physically.  Then my sister started climbing down, with the boys waiting hungrily at the bottom.  Before she was too low I yelled out “Jump, run.  They want to rip your clothes off.”  So she jumped and took off.  Luckily she didn’t turn her ankle and luckily eight year old girls and boys are pretty matched physically.  So we tore through this beautiful orchard on a bright sunny day back to the library screaming.

It seemed to me at the time, that there was something wrong with the ringleaders of this group of boys.  I recall thinking that their faces were too flat, by that I meant too much in a plane, that their eyes were even with the surface.  Today I would say that their eyes were shallow, that there was no soul depth to them.  Now as an adult I’m certain that these two boys were in fact psychopathic.

While caring for her mother after the surgery, Somers said she heard a bombshell just days before her mother died. “A few days before her death, I was helping her wash her hair and she turned to me and said, ‘Alex if anything happens to me make sure it was not your father,'” said Somers.  http://abcnews.go.com/US/daughter-waited-long-father-charged-wifes-murder/story?id=17084717

Michele MacNeill, the murdered woman, should have taken her fears seriously.  People always tell themselves not to be paranoid, unfortunately.  There was even a case of a husband who doubted his wife so strongly that he slept with a gun, she waited until he was asleep and shot him in the stomach, killing him.  She claimed he had rolled over onto the handgun (didn’t get away with it though).

From an earlier post,

If their girlfriends, who they ended up murdering, and victims of other psychopaths had known enough about sociopathy to suspect it, perhaps they wouldn’t have gone back one last time, or gone back alone to retrieve their belongings, or tried to do the right thing and explain in person why they were leaving, or tried to stay just friends, or agreed to meet in private, etc.  In my opinion, it’s incredibly irresponsible of law enforcement and the media not to inform the public about sociopathic criminals.  https://pathwhisperer.wordpress.com/2011/09/20/post-redux-are-saps-socially-adept-psychopaths-real/

Dan Abrams says he’s almost never seen a case with this much evidence without charges being filed for years as happened in this case.  I would suggest investigating the local police department and investigators plus the DA’s office for possible protecting sociopaths.

Below is the comment I posted at Donna Anderson’s above titled Huffingtonpost article (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/09/26/marriage-fraud_n_3991732.html):

Everyone should know about the possibility of sociopathic romantic partners from age 15 on. The failure of “experts” to warn of this possibility is outrageous. She said she saw the signs but didn’t know what they meant. Nobody had ever taught her. Similarly every reader of this has known sociopaths (how many groups of twenty have you known?) and has even noticed the signs (conning ability, complete lack of morals, pity plays, arrogance, sometimes oddities, etc.) but didn’t know their meaning. Concerning some of the criticisms below, I’m sure that she knows full well that sociopathy is not a charge of convenience for an unhappy relationship and that she would agree that there is “no one easier to deceive, than one who wants to believe.” The latter is the coin of the realm for sociopaths. She and Lovefraud are trying to teach others to take care of themselves. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/social/pathwhisperer/marriage-fraud_n_3991732_288452584.html

When the highly psychopathic individuals imagined the accidents happening to themselves, their brains lit up in the anterior insula, the anterior midcingulate cortex, the somatosensory cortex and the right amygdala — all areas involved in empathy. The response was quite pronounced, suggesting psychopathic individuals were sensitive to thoughts of pain.

But when the highly psychopathic inmates imagined the accident happening to others, their brains failed to light up in the regions associated with empathy. In fact, an area involved in pleasure, the ventral striatum, lit up instead. Furthermore, these individuals showed abnormal connectivity between the insula and the ventromedial prefrontal cortex, an area important for empathetic decision-making.

By contrast, the less psychopathic individuals showed more normal brain activation and connectivity in these areas.

The strange patterns of brain activation and connectivity in highly psychopathic individuals suggest they did not experience empathy when imagining the pain of others, and possibly took pleasure in it.

The findings could help inform intervention programs for psychopathy, the researchers say. Having psychopathic people imagine themselves in pain first could be used in cognitive behavior therapies as a way of kick-starting empathy, they wrote in the study detailed today (Sept. 24) in the journal Frontiers in Human Neuroscience.

In fact, past research has shown psychopaths can feel empathy, when explicitly asked to, suggesting this ability to understand another person’s feelings may be repressed rather than missing entirely in psychopathic individuals.  (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/09/24/psychopaths-empathy-neurological-basis-brain_n_3984515.html)  (Bolding added.)

The last two paragraphs are very funny.  Psychopaths understand others’ feelings exactly, that’s what they pay attention to,  they are tuned in to them much more than non-psychopaths are, that’s how they know how to emotionally torture their victims.  In fact they could be called empaths but without empathy.  It’s knowledge and understanding.  Empathy they can never have.  They would have no trouble pretending to have empathy however.  This is important work but these scientists are either naives or psychopaths themselves, I don’t understand their conclusions.

https://pathwhisperer.wordpress.com/2010/11/16/welcome-to-antfarm-world-%E2%80%94-sociopathic-modality-at%C2%A0the%C2%A0airports/:  “Sociopaths have no need of privacy, like little children playing with their privates in front of the guests.  For new visitors, this trait (primitive, undeveloped sexuality with no need for privacy) is simply an aspect of the devastatingly arrested development of sociopaths, the primary sociopathic throughline.”

https://pathwhisperer.wordpress.com/2010/12/12/flags-of-possible-sociopathy-in-the-tsa-perv-scannertax-payer-funded-molesters-debacle/: “The whole Antfarm World mantra of If you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear.”  Sociopaths, with their incomplete psychological/soul development never have any desire for privacy concerning matters of a personal nature .  They experience no sphere of soul intimacies.

An e-mailer to Jack Cafferty of CNN once said that if anybody was watching him and his activities in the bedroom, his only hope was that they were having as much fun as he was.  This individual was a sociopath.”

Kiera Wilmot’s, who was expelled and is being prosecuted for a science experiment that blew the cap off a soda bottle, only mistake was failing to realize that the adult world has gone insane and, in this case, is controlled by looney tune nutcases.  I’m not saying that all 3 of the above people are psychopaths, but they are certainly operating in psychopathy modality — absolutely heartlessly.  If they were/are not acting knowingly maliciously, then they are displaying a complete lack of adult judgment, which is a trait of psychopathic arrested development.

Ron Pritchard:  “She made a bad choice. Honestly, I don’t think she meant to ever hurt anyone. She wanted to see what would happen [when the chemicals mixed] and was shocked by what it did.'” http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2318258/A-science-project-gone-bad-16-year-old-good-girl-arrested-expelled-accidental-explosion-experiment.html?ns_mchannel=rss&ns_campaign=1490  So why expel her and refer the case to law enforcement?

One sees this over and over again.  I was talking to a friend about his grand jury service here in NY, it was evident that the psychopathic members of the grand jury were just throwing the book at defendants without any mercy.  They couldn’t/can’t care less about destroying lives.  In NYC, young people get jail sentences for having pocketknives one can buy in any Lowes or Home Depot if they get picked up in a ‘stop and frisk.’

All the authorities involved in the decision to expel and prosecute Kiera Wilmot should be fired.  They should also be tested for psychopathic brain structures to keep them from ever having such jobs again.  http://www.polk-fl.net/districtinfo/superintendent.htm, http://www.bartowhighschool.com/faculty.htm

Here’s an interesting discussion of this zero tolerance insanity:  https://jonrappoport.wordpress.com/2013/02/07/whats-behind-the-punishment-for-fake-guns-in-schools/.

Hopefully Kiera Wilmot’s response will be one of anger, not bewildered defeat.

Got that, gentle readers?  Are we clear on this?!

Registration not necessary, no need to even leave a fake email address.

My blog was found by this search.  I’ve never heard of this situation before, but it’s not really surprising.  The early phase of puberty takes place before the internalization of incest taboos.  Psychopaths live there, at that phase.

Blackmail is simply a huge problem.  Psychopaths love it, if it’s successful it’s a crime without consequence for the perp, the victim is drawn into the crime.  The victim by protecting themselves also protects the blackmailer.

I don’t think this situation will end well.  Dads aren’t slow, males are geared towards recognizing female infidelity and a partner’s lover — if they all live in the same home . . .

I certainly hope she doesn’t consider justifiable homicide, heck no, nosireebob, that would be a crime, not to mention wrong, just wrong.

Sex at point of blackmail is really rape.  We’re not talking jerks, we’re talking guys who’d rape their mothers.

Did you mean that ‘jackass laugh’?  (Tune into radio shockjock shows for examples.)

One year in Bill Hickey’s acting class we had a male student who was extremely crude, a complete boor, he even had that sociopathic jackass laugh.  But in his acting exercises and scenes he would put on incredibly emotionally nuanced, fine grained performances.  Even then I realized that that persona was his true self.  I now believe his father was a sociopath and that he had equated maleness with sociopathy.  It seems he had gone into acting to keep his soul alive.

Obviously you are not sure he/she is a sociopath.  That knowledge is an ‘awareness’ not a ‘knowness’, if that makes any sense.  One recognizes sociopaths emotionally at a soul deep level.  Once you realize (assuming it’s true) that every emotion of your partner was a calculated and staged fraud you will be set free forever.
