So, . . . if I’m waiting in a cashier’s line in a supermarket and I see a shorter line and move to it, does that demonstrate intent to get around the law and is therefore equivalent to felonious line cutting?

The Democratic Party made a gigantic mistake in not making a cause celebré of the political hit, through the legal system, on Alabama Governor Don Siegelman.  All are now fair game of this weaponization of the law (of course this can also include Republicans).

Psychopaths have no interest in justice, what’s legal or even in following the law.  Their only interest is in damaging those they wish to damage.  The law is only a tool for them, if they can get away with it.  Being in permanent arrested development they truly believe reality is simply a thing that is imposed by those in authority, by power.  “[W]hen we act, we create our own reality. And while you’re studying that reality — judiciously, as you will — we’ll act again, creating other new realities, which you can study too, and that’s how things will sort out. We’re history’s actors . . . and you, all of you, will be left to just study what we do” — the code of the psychopath, childish and arrogant at the same time.  Now they apply it to the legal system also.

One of the many psychopathic tells (not sufficient as proof, but worthy of being taken into consideration) is the inability to consider matters beyond their simple narcissistic wishes (the adjective, not the condition).  For example, a psychopathic judge or prosecutor can not comprehend the weight of the issues involved in a recusal or discretion decision.  To them it would be a joke, ‘you mean I can go to a back room, get a back rub, pretend I’m having weighty thoughts and then come out and say I’m not recusing myself?  Bwah, ha, ha ha.” In the Siegelman case, Leura Canary and Mark Fuller come to mind (actually I don’t suspect Leura, herself, of being a psychopath, but the morally corrupt often marry psychopaths forming the phenomenon known as an ‘evil couple’ – it should be noted that she did end up recusing herself officially, but the case was apparently still handled out of her office.  Mark Fuller ended up resigning after being arrested for domestic violence, http://www.jdjournal.com/2015/06/01/federal-judge-arrested-for-battering-his-wife-resigns/, http://legalschnauzer.blogspot.nl/2014/09/reporting-accurately-about-corrupt_5.html) .  For background and a timeline of the Siegelman case:  The Raw Story | Timeline: The political prosecution of Don Siegelman.

We had a U.S. Attorney General who claimed “a vast amount of discretion” in enforcing federal laws.  So I guess it was OK, then, to decide banks were simply too big to prosecute (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/03/06/eric-holder-banks-too-big_n_2821741.html), this was merely his entitled discretion.  Now that’s a relief, some might have accused Eric Holder of being the criminal inside-man, or of being the keystone in the edifice of a criminogenic justice system that allowed criminal bankers involved in causing the economic crash of 2008 to walk scot-free (since no criminals were brought to justice which would have persuaded other law breakers to change their behavior and since no systemic changes have been made to the economy, we’re due for another crash right around . . . .), or of being the lynchpin in the machinery running a looters’ economy.  A looters’ economy is a contradiction in terms (like a party boat headed for a falls), but this is beyond a psychopath’s ability to reason.

Now Mayor Bill de Blasio is in the cross hairs.

Mayor de Blasio, you need to hire me.  I believe the intention is to imprison you, just as they have Governor Siegelman.  Also, perhaps you are already aware of the high number of morally defective pre-adolescents in the world, but you don’t recognize them or their strategies in time.  Perhaps you are interested in determining which Machiavellians are psychopathic and which aren’t (all psychopaths are Machiavellians but not all Machiavellians are psychopaths).  I can help on all of this.  Further down the road I might also be useful in recognizing psychopathic prosecutors, judges and possible jurors.  Of course many reporters are also psychopathic, pay attention particularly to the arrogant ones, even/especially the subtly but astronomically arrogant ones (this isn’t a contradiction), NY1’s Pat Kiernan comes to mind as possessing these latter traits.

Bill de Blasio, just as an FYI, I’d like to say that I’m a lifelong Democrat, a pro-union, pro-public education, blue-collar FDR liberal.  It might be of interest that I was once the treasurer of an UWS progressive Democratic club and a state Democratic committeeman.

You and I are basically of the same cohort.  I graduated from Columbia in 1979, but spent a junior term at NYU.  In the 1980s I participated extensively in demonstrations against our involvement in the El Salvador.  I’m actually quite proud of several demonstration actions of mine.

For example, I played an unheralded role in a famous exchange.  When George H.W. Bush said “We tried to kick a little ass last night” after his debate with Geraldine Ferraro in 1984, he was speaking to me through the media (https://www.washingtonpost.com/archive/politics/1984/10/13/bush-boasts-of-kicking-a-little-ass-at-debate/eeb41ba9-3ec1-4f20-961d-79f1ed27099c/).  Shortly before, at the Columbus Day Parade, he and I had had an exchange.  I showed up at the parade with my Mondale signs.  When he went by, I shouted out (and I have a loud voice) “Your boss [Reagan] had his ass kicked in the last debate, Geraldine Ferraro will kick yours, get ready.”  He started pointing at me and laughing.  So I followed, continuing the heckling.  This isn’t really my style, I usually would say what I had to say and then move on, not plague somebody — but he dared me to by the ridicule.  We ended up answering each other back and forth for a couple blocks.  This continued until a security individual in plain clothes grabbed my sign and ripped it up.  The crowd then starting yelling at this individual and then a uniformed cop grabbed me by the shoulders, shaking me back and forth while screaming at me to calm down (all the while I just stood there looking at him calmly) until two other cops grabbed him by the arms and led him away.

Another time that a cop was led away by other cops while threatening me, was during demonstrations before the Iraq War.  Bloomberg had illegally and unconstitutionally prevented the demonstrators from assembling and expressing our grievances.  They had set up numerous blockades to keep the crowds dispersed.  I had four or five successes in breaking these blockades and getting the demonstrators through.  The biggest one was on 2nd or 3rd Ave. which was blocked by some 10 to 12 cops spanning the whole avenue.  I couldn’t engage any of them in conversation let alone persuade them to lessen the blockade (I always talk to cops at demonstrations — normal, quiet voiced conversations).  So I finally said, “OK, we’ll outflank you then.”  They were letting people through on the sidewalks, so I walked downriver from them, stepping into the road, calling for the people of the sidewalks to come out into the street.  We kept getting closer to the line of cops, making their position untenable, crowded on both sides.  The white shirts then called the cops off the line and the crowd burst down the avenue.  One cop, about 6′ 3″ with some 50-60 pounds of muscle on me came over and yelled at me to get out of his sight, before he kicked my ass.  Other cops then grabbed his arms and hauled him away.  I had already shrugged my shoulders and was walking away, I do not engage angry cops.  You can always be arrested for ‘resisting arrest’, it’s a catch-22.

What I’m trying to say Bill, is, I’m here if you want my help.  I’ve got the knowledge and the spirit.  You need the help, I’m sure Don Siegelman thought at first that the legal process would be his friend — it wasn’t.

Of course the legal sphere will be the main arena.  However it needs to be supplemented by psychopathy awareness.  Your defense should be an offense.  Prosecutors, reporters — including editors and publishers (as I’m sure you are aware, this is a PR battle also), witnesses (are they actors in a politically driven setup?), and later possibly, judges and potential jurors need to be studied, their status as possible psychopaths determined.  If so, some should be outed.  In my opinion all prosecutors and judges should be screened for psychopathic brain structures and functioning prior to employment.

There is, obviously, a bigger picture.  They yearn for the corporate ruled globalist world of unfettered greed.  This world is currently targeting the American middle class in an effort to reduce America to third world status (through austerity all middle classes of the world actually) — in the globalist world-to-be the elite doesn’t want to have to bring up the living standards of the world’s masses to the American level, they seek to reduce the American level.  Further, the elite doesn’t want a middle class politically able to stand up to their predations (see Nigeria and the oil industry).  Progressives such as yourself and Don Siegelman cannot be allowed to succeed in defending the American way of life, with the majority being middle class and the masses leading lives of dignity.  This isn’t your individual fight, it’s much bigger.  You and Don have simply been targeted by the tip of the spear.

Psychopaths want a dog eat dog world, with only rabid gigantor dogs left standing in the end.  This is their world, controlled by simple power and foodchain calculations.  It’s a game they can play.  Further, as part of their devastating personality wide arrested development, they aren’t self referential — they can’t enjoy the caviar, without seeing others eating dirt.

Please do not underestimate the battle you are in.

This search just came in.  It would seem that this searcher has decided that fair game strategies are fair play when dealing with psychopaths.  This person seems to think that their particular conflict with a particular psychopathic individual calls for a ‘do unto others before they do unto you’ approach.  That is a strategy that psychopaths use themselves (all the time), fair game strategies also.  But things could get real rough, real fast.  I hope the searcher has thought it through carefully and paid attention to details.

Quoted from Psychopaths and Love, excerpts and paragraphs [Blue bolding added] (http://psychopathsandlove.com/dangerous-mistake-about-the-psychopathic-mind/):

Do You Make This Simple (But Dangerous) Mistake About the Psychopathic Mind?

“Misinterpreting the behavior of a disordered character is the first step in the process of being victimized by them.” (Dr. George Simon)

. . . Assumed Similarity Bias — a mental shortcut that leads us to the unconscious assumption that others share the same or similar values, thoughts and beliefs. We automatically assume that others are just like we are, especially when it comes to the fundamental aspects of our characters that are so basic we never even give them a second thought — such as having a conscience.  [PW:  let me add additional descriptive terms:  normalcy bias, belief in basic human goodness bias, see-no-evil bias, mom and dad would have told me bias, keep reality within my current frame of reference bias, pound that square peg into that round hole bias, there’s nothing scary here bias, Captain Kangaroo [Mr. Rogers, etc.] never talked about this bias, everything traces back to childhood bias, etc.  Further, this is closely related to the “Naive Prey Response Syndrome” (https://pathwhisperer.info/2015/06/14/naive-prey-response-syndrome/).]

In other words, you never for a moment stop to consider that some people in fact have a drastically different way of being, one that is so foreign to you that you can’t even begin to grasp it.

. . .

“He doesn’t depend on our love because he ‘fears emptiness’… he depends on it because our love enables him to exploit and manipulate us. He doesn’t search for people to ‘cling to,’ he searches for people to VICTIMIZE. Don’t forget, we are dealing with a predator. You are attributing your feelings and motivations to him, when in fact they are not like yours at all. The anger is simply from frustration when he doesn’t get his needs met…They do not share our need for ‘authentic purpose.’ That’s your need, not the need of the psychopath. They have their own purpose, which is vastly different from your purpose.”

. . .

The truth is very difficult to understand from our own frame of reference. It’s important to understand it, though, because it is their significant differences that cause the harm we experience.

. . .

When we experience someone engaging in bad behavior of one kind or another, we think of it in terms of why WE might act that way and how WE would feel afterward. When we do this, we come up with the idea that the behavior may stem from insecurity, past wounds, fear, or a lack of love; and we imagine they must feel shame and guilt after treating us so badly. Because of this, we are more apt to forgive, to let things slide, to stick it out and see if things will change with love and acceptance and time.

But when the same things happen again and again, it comes time to face an important truth:

The only intelligent way to make judgements about people is to base those judgements on their patterns of behavior, and not on what we think the reasons for their behavior might be.

. . .

Unfortunately, traditional psychology still hangs on to the outdated belief that everyone is struggling with insecurities and fears, and teaches that this struggle is what causes problem behavior. This puts us at a disadvantage and leaves us vulnerable to abuse and exploitation. And it seems to say that the field of psychology itself is operating under its own ‘assumed similarity’ bias!

. . .

It’s very difficult to understand how the psychopathic mind works because it is so totally different from what we know. I think it’s made even harder because we don’t want to believe it’s possible, and we don’t want to accept that the person we were with was not at all who or what we thought they were, and that nothing we believed about the relationship was true… and that it wasn’t even a relationship at all.  . . .  (http://psychopathsandlove.com/dangerous-mistake-about-the-psychopathic-mind/)

I’m asking for assistance in getting to the bottom of a situation that has blighted my life for some time. There are enough people reading this who know me and this situation. For some years, I have been plagued by a character assassination campaign. Some, who I feel know me perfectly well, have from one day to the next chosen to face the wall rather than acknowledge me or seemed even very frightened of me. I have no idea what motivates them. The situation is truly insane, which is why I believe there is a psychopathic spider at the center of this web, currently probably the owner of the DPA/DPL license tags (DPL 8171, in particular), or perhaps a psychopathic group therapy client of my ex’s therapist.  I’ve faced psychopathic tag teaming, gang stalking since the start of my work on psychopathy (though it actually started slightly earlier with personal conflict with particular psychopaths).  The fact that the allegation(s) is/are apparently convincing is meaningless.  Psychopaths are called confidence artists for a reason, they inspire confidence and the truth is irrelevant to them.

I don’t know whether these are all related, but first I noticed that members of an ex’s therapy group, suddenly become afraid of me. Some time later, I understand my ex had plastic surgery, becoming unrecognizable. I have no idea what she looks like. One night after thinking I might be in her presence (the rest of the group had been there) my wife and I were awoken around 3 am by two fax polling calls, from a number that turned out to be her personal number. She made fax polling calls to various phone numbers linked to me for over ten years. (Further, if interested, To the de Blasio administration, I hereby volunteer to identify NYPD whiteshirt psychopaths, gratis.)

I had nothing to do with any cause of her choosing to have plastic surgery. If she thought so, her therapists should have hospitalized her until she recovered from that psychotic break, if that was the cause. However, they are scared of me also. Once my wife and I were seated next to them in a restaurant and from their panicked glances at each other one would have thought Satan had sat near them. ‘Was it something I said? Wait, I hadn’t spoken to them in some 15 years. Oh, waiter . . .” There were other occurrences, though very rare, because I only ran in to them once or twice a year around our shared neighborhood. However, it culminated in 2012, when the husband (both are therapists) — well, I’m not inside his head, so let me give several possibilities — when the husband sought to menace/threaten me by lunging his car at me from a standing start all the while in the parking lane, or perhaps it was an impulsive murder attempt, or perhaps he always does jackrabbit starts and drives in the parking lane whenever possible and enjoys scattering pedestrians, I don‘t know. Clearly the lad was confused, so rather than having him arrested I had an attorney write a letter, my wish being to find out the motive for his bizarre behavior not his punishment. But nothing came of it. (See, For the record (private message transmitted publicly) and the de Blasio link above.)

In 2002, Sue Hudgins, the COO of PaineWebber’s Municipal Security Group (later UBS’s), came into a kitchen, stopped when she saw me and said “Something stinks in here,” and left. From then on she only glared at me in seeming disgust, though previously we had gotten along well, usually sharing small friendly conversations when we ran into each other.

Researchers into family life and psychopathy might be interested in interviewing Ms. Hudgins.  I believe her father and at least two of her husbands were/are psychopaths.  The children of psychopaths are very easy to recognize, there’s a constellation of deeply humiliated personality traits.

A witness that I was friendly with, said she’d try to find out the whyfors of Ms. Hudgins’ behavior towards me.  Shortly she stopped talking to me also. ‘Huh, what??” I subsequently got into some trouble at work threatening legal action. At the time my father had said that I was attempting to accomplish with a jerk when a steady pull was called for. Since then my father has passed away and I still am in the dark. I had told him that I didn’t see why anyone would necessarily ever come forward. People don’t like involving themselves in possible legal complications, and people seem instinctively reluctant to involve themselves in anything messy or fantastical. And of course, now the situation is 10 – 20 times more fantastical. Also if the lie is big enough, the accused is essentially considered guilty until proven innocent (“No empath cares anything about proofs“, “Of course we shall never prove that he is responsible for it; but what does that matter?”, Psychopathic character assassination and murder-by-suicide as depicted in Orwell’s Burmese Days).

This is not a small thing. It’s like being in a boxing match with a ghost. We’re social animals, the feeling that the world is a thin layer of crust over lava underneath is crippling (see, From Country of Liars: Character Assassination). The psychopath survivor blogs talk of difficulty in concentrating and/or becoming hypervigilant in response.

In 2013 I entered into an academic program to move into a new direction and assure myself and my loved ones of financial security in my old age. At first it went very well, I found myself striding confidently into an eagerly awaited future, just like young people are supposed to do. I am not young of course, but it was a new beginning. But then my concentration started sliding, as the split concentration and the worry reasserted itself.

Hypervigilance is not all bad. I notice things that are “wrong” unconsciously. Regarding that car that had almost slammed me into a divider (see, Should I be concerned, (I believe this attack was connected to a private communication to Inspector General for the NYPD Philip K. Eure regarding psychopaths on the NYPD payroll)).  I hadn’t taken my eye off of it since it entered the highway, something was just “wrong” about the way it was being driven.

Plus it once enabled me to stop a violent mugging in progress (Oct. 2011). I was driving west on Central Park North approaching Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard when I noticed two people in the dusk walking with one very close behind. Something seemed wrong. Then I saw them walking side by side and relaxed, thinking, ‘ah, boyfriend and girlfriend.’ However when they started merry-go-rounding around a contested bag, my response was, ‘oh, so that’s what’s going down,” and was able to respond immediately.

Now, the sequence above took place in my peripheral vision and the peripheral part of my mind. My main mind was concentrating on driving, paying attention to the other cars around me, planning my route, etc. However, once my peripheral mind realized what was happening, my main mind was ready to go, with no uptake of the slack and no confusion. The problem then was how to affect the outcome of the situation down the block which could be over in seconds. So I started gunning the engine, honking the horn, flashing the lights all to convey onrushing trouble for the perp. As I jammed on the brakes and turned to drive onto the curb, the mugger dropped his hold and ran back against the direction of traffic. The woman said that he had kept looking back and forth at me on the way and then at her and the bag, until fleeing. Fortunately my plan worked, for he had already slashed her in the neck with a knife and if another attempt had connected with an artery, things could have turned out very badly. (See, Should I worry about this (I don’t remember why I put the account there).)

However one needs to be able to concentrate fully in life. (After being laid off I also tried teaching myself piano and also guitar, but I couldn’t do it.  I’m a professionally trained actor and singer, so these skills could have amounted to livelihoods.) The stress and split concentration affects all aspects of on one’s life. My wife: “Why do I always have to repeat everything twice, you don’t listen.” A physical activity teacher: “It’s not that you can’t hear, it’s that you aren’t listening.” Me: “Did you coordinate that with my wife?”  (See “Country of Liars” link above.)

2015 is the final year I can start that academic program in time to finish in the time allotted. Somebody who knows me needs to stand up and let me in on the secret. “It is important that no charges be answerable” is no way to live (See, Psychopathic character assassination and murder-by-suicide as depicted in Orwell’s Burmese Days). In life as in court one deserves to know the charges against oneself. What’s so hard to understand about that?

Informing me anonymously would be fine, the only comment field necessary is the comment itself. Using a copy center/internet café would hide a personal IP address. My email is pathwhisperer@yahoo.com, that’s another possibility, plus use a free email account if desired. But this nonsense has gone on long enough. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Absolutely.  They hate any emotion they can’t have.  The happiness of others makes them feel inferior, which cannot be allowed.

With emotionless friction orgasms the only possibility an orifice with a sphincter is definitely a plus for the male psychopath.  With no element of emotional communication, no soul celebration, no celebration of life, no shot of life needed lest the soul perish, no soul communication, no Adam and Eve at play in the Garden, not even the solace of rubbing wounds together — the answer is yes, there is a connection.  Of course boredom is still a problem, so the more the merrier, preferably more or less simultaneously.  Add pansexuality, all cats are gray in the dark.

From http://180rule.com/psychopaths-are-opportunists/ (bolding added):

“The psychopath’s [defect] may seem a disadvantage, but in a 180 degree maneuver, he uses it as part of a pity ploy, asking people to make exceptions for his disability –and nice people doThey expect gratitude but they will get the opposite.  He will use this favor, that you did for him, to slide into your circle of trust. From there he might offer to work on your aircraft or car to show his appreciation.  He’ll make you feel safe.  Then he’ll sabotage you.   Ted Bundy used a fake cast, but this psychopath uses his real disabilities.  It doesn’t matter if it’s real or fake, since they both work equally well, in the pity ploy.

I’ve noticed that psychopaths rarely have just one goal.  They layer their goalsThe first step is always to gather minions who will do their bidding.  Whether the psychopath wants sex, money, power or just needs drama, he will bring his players together like a conductor at a symphony.

They usually also plan an exit strategy, but it’s not very well planned because they don’t think they will lose.”

Jeffrey MacDonald absolutely is a psychopath.  As are many of his defenders.  Psychopaths just can’t stand to see other psychopaths defeated by normies.  It “hurts” them.

Psychopathic surgeons have certain advantages.  There’s no “OMG, I’m cutting into another human being” reflex.  Their powers of concentration and focus are very high (they don’t have the distractions and ‘soul quandaries’ of full adults due to their arrested development).  However you wouldn’t want a psychopathic emergency room surgeon who thought his shift was over and faced missing tee-time at the links.  Or a surgeon who was on the hunt for the perfect organ match for that cutie surgeon’s patient.

It depends on where the individuals are on the psychopathic throughlines.  Full dose, full spectrum psychopaths where each psychopath believes themselves to be a Mutant X superman and lacks capability of restraint cannot interact successfully.  The world is not big enough for the both of them.  However, those who aren’t full dose and can read the food chain and accept their place on it interact all the time, backing each other up against the normy world.  I’ve seen two types of clustering:  the first on pure dominance, the second around successful psychopaths who move more easily through the world of normals.
