It depends.  Mostly on how seriously the sociopath takes the threat from the bosses (following the dictionaries and the scientific literature I use the words sociopath and psychopath as being synonymous).  Might clean up his act immediately.  Or might get more devious.

I once was running an evening shift at a presentation center without having hiring and firing powers.  A sociopathic employee came to realize this and simply stopped doing his fair share of work and paid my requests no mind.  Upon being upbraided by our boss, he instantaneously became my best friend and started working hard again.

But that wasn’t a harassment situation.  Sociopaths who go in for harassment and puppet master manipulations seem to really love doing so.

Hopefully in this situation, the bosses won’t give him/her more than one chance.  If they were truly aware of the individual’s character they should have fired him immediately, leopards don’t change their spots.

Rehtaeh Parsons — murdered by suicide

“Rehtaeh Parsons, Canadian Girl, Dies After Suicide Attempt; Parents Allege She Was Raped By 4 Boys

A 17-year-old Canadian girl died Sunday following a suicide attempt last week. The family of Rehtaeh Parsons said that their daughter never recovered from an alleged rape by four teenage boys in November 2011 that left her deeply depressed and rejected by her community.

Placed on life support last Thursday at a local hospital, Rehtaeh Parsons died on April 7 after her family made the decision to take her off the life support.

In a Facebook memorial page, the girl’s mother, Leah Parsons, wrote that Rehtaeh had been shunned and harassed after one of the boys allegedly involved in the rape took a picture of the incident [while she was leaning out a window vomiting, certainly a sign that she not only had no interest but was drunk past the point of any possible consent – PW] and distributed it to their “school and community, where it quickly went viral.”

“Rehtaeh is gone today because of the four boys that thought that raping a 15-year-old girl was okay, and to distribute a photo to ruin her spirit and reputation would be fun,” Parsons wrote.

According to Canadian news outlet CBC, the alleged sexual assault happened at a small gathering at which teenagers consumed alcohol. One of the boys in attendance reportedly took a photo of another boy having sex with Rehtaeh Parsons and sent it to friends.

Gawker writes that the bullying got so bad after the photo circulated that the family was forced to relocate.

“She was never left alone. She had to leave the community. Her friends turned against her. People harassed her. Boys she didn’t know started texting her and Facebooking her asking her to have sex with them. Many aspects just scream of psychopathic involvement and motives.  Complete with a photograph of the crime.  We’ve seen this in other rapes and in attacks on the homeless.  This is consistent with psychopaths’ arrested development, they don’t have the personality development to be self referential (the degree varies widely).  They need outside attestation to confirm the purpose of the crime, ‘Wow, that was really wicked, look how you beat, humiliated, etc. the vic’.

In my opinion, the main causes of suicide in young people are, first, the false belief that the sexes are the same psychologically and emotionally and act on the same motives, and, second, being blindsided by psychopathic evil through actions of psychopaths that they didn’t even know existed. Both befell Rehtaeh.

I don’t think the attack was a spur of the moment, a taking advantage of opportunities event.  I suspect they had a scenario that they were following.  Young male groupings with a rape culture (such as some fraternities, sports clubs, gangs, schools, etc.) have histories of actions, details of which are handed down over the generations of students.  They sit around and compare stories, details and ideas for future attacks, just like con artists and career criminals.  Elements of the possible scenario here include having a female neutral party, a “girlfriend”, issue the initial invite, bringing Rehtaeh to the planned scene of the crime, and then leaving.  Having only two males there at first, with the other two showing up later. Perhaps one of the first two was a disarming psychopathic charmer putting her at ease.  The use of alcohol, here vodka, which is close to tasteless in drinks, the inexperienced would have very little idea how fast they could get drunk and lose the capability of self protection.  It’s easy to see why they picked Rehtaeh Parsons, she was happy and innocent — two qualities that psychopaths hate, since they can never experience either.

The bullying and harassment went even further.  I believe it’s conscious purpose was in fact murder by suicide.  Certainly to further their ‘jollies.’  Psychopaths love ‘kicking dogs when they’re down’ — witness the attacks on homeless individuals ‘just for fun’.

After her suicide and the ‘bad publicity’ for the four boys, one of them, it seems, went to social media to malign her memory and threaten her family (under the name iamkarma902).  This is classic psychopathy.  Psychopaths believe they are fully entitled to do whatever they can get away with and believe that being called on their actions afterwards is hideously unfair.

“Daniel Wozniak Murders: Killer Had a Larger-Than-Life Personality, Friends Say

In the late afternoon of May 21, 2010, Juri “Julie” Kibuishi started getting texts from her friend Sam Herr, who seemed distraught and needed to talk to someone. Kibuishi, who had been tutoring Herr in his community college courses, happily agreed to meet up with the 26-year-old Afghanistan war veteran later that night.

“Please don’t tell anyone. Please,” he wrote.

“You can trust me,” Kibuishi responded. “I promise. I am not going to say anything. I promise. Pinkie promise.”

Kibuishi, 23, had no idea she was being set up. The man she thought was Herr was actually Daniel Wozniak, Herr’s neighbor at the Camden Village apartment complex in Costa Mesa, California.

Wozniak, a onetime up-and-coming local theater actor who was starring in the musical Nine, had murdered Herr just hours earlier by luring him into the attic of an empty theater on the Joint Forces Training Base in Los Alamitos, California, where he fatally shot him twice in the head with a .38-caliber semiautomatic pistol.

His goal: to clean out Herr’s $50,000 savings so he could pay for his upcoming wedding to his actress fiancée Rachel Buffett.

Once at Herr’s apartment, Wozniak lured an unsuspecting Kibuishi, a college student studying fashion, into Herr’s bedroom and then shot her twice in the head before staging the crime scene to make it look like Herr had sexually assaulted her.

“He said he tried to orchestrate it to try to make it look like it was Sam who had [killed Julie] out of a rage of jealousy,” Det. Michael Delgadillo said in grand jury testimony.

Apparently my cell phone has been cloned

Recently I turned on my cellphone after a few days of nonuse, to find a few messages that had arrived in the meantime had been opened.  I could not have done this accidentally in some fashion similar to “butt dialing”, the battery hadn’t even been in the simple phone (I haven’t yet gone over to smart phones).

Apparently once cloned, messages can be read, deleted and sent from the other unit.  If the units are within the same cell tower area voice calls can be heard.  To copy the sim card requires physical access I understand.  Interesting.

Think what this means.  Not only can ‘they’ surveil all electronic communications, they can also control who communicates with whom, depending upon the medium (though this could have been a psychopathic rogue NYPD officer, around 5′ 8″, sandy colored hair, 40s, name unknown).

“Ahmed Chalabi dies — the con man who helped push the U.S. into Iraq”

Teasing truth out of communications with psychopaths

“Since psychopaths are pathological liars and their every interaction with others is self-serving and strategic, even seasoned investigators and forensic psychologists have great difficulty dealing with them. Basically, they’re always faced with the liar’s paradox yet still need to get useful and true information from them.

Katherine Ramsland (from trutv.com) wrote an excellent article about how investigators deal with the inevitable obstacles and difficulties they encounter when attempting to retrieve true information from psychopaths about their crimes. I’m pasting part of her article below:

“It’s not easy to know when to trust someone who has already exploited trust as a route to torture, rape and murder. Psychopathic killers view their victims as objects, useful only as pawns in their own personal game, and they thus have this advantage: they feel no remorse. They’re callous, manipulative and resistant to therapy, and when they choose to communicate, they have their own agendas, formed in self-interest and calculation. What we may accept as a “confession,” they may view as bait. Their motives take shape within a framework that has no equivalent in the normal world. That’s why we can’t just accept what they say at face value.

[Dorothy Otnow Lewis:]  “The day before [Ted Bundy] was executed, he asked me to turn off the tape recorder. He said he wanted to tell me things that he didn’t want recorded, so I didn’t record them. It was very confidential.” To this day, Lewis has never told anyone what Bundy said. There is something almost admirable about this. But there is also something strange about extending the physician-patient privilege to a killer like Bundy-about turning the murderer so completely into a patient. It is not that the premise is false, that murderers can’t also be patients. It’s just that once you make that leap-once you turn the criminal into an object of medical scrutiny-the crime itself inevitably becomes pushed aside and normalized. The difference between a crime of evil and a crime of illness is the difference between a sin and a symptom. And symptoms don’t intrude in the relationship between the murderer and the rest of us: they don’t force us to stop and observe the distinctions between right and wrong, between the speakable and the unspeakable, the way sins do. It was at the end of that final conversation that Bundy reached down and kissed Lewis on the cheek. But that was not all that happened. Again, “To this day, Lewis has never told anyone what Bundy said.”  This is just downright bizarre.  She doesn’t know that she was being played?  She thinks Ted Bundy was capable of a ‘soul communication”, that deep inside his psyche was a tortured soul wishing to reach out to others?  “Bundy thought I was the only person who didn’t want something from him,” Lewis says.   Really? 

I do quote her approvingly elsewhere, on dissociation (https://pathwhisperer.info/2014/03/19/to-the-de-blasio-administration-i-hereby-volunteer-to-identify-nypd-whiteshirt-psychopaths-gratis/).  I think she has a deep knowledge of the psyche of human beings.  I don’t understand her blindness here, unless it’s simply the special relationship between females and the male psychopath.

She had no idea whatsoever of what was sitting across the table, in her discussions with Mr. Bundy.  Namely, a biological mechanism that could read/sense her emotions, vanities and vulnerabilities, instantaneously calculate a normal human response that would cater to his readings and his manipulative ends, and then mime them.  Actually, in acting terms, psychopathic reactions are a beat off, the readings do take time.  This momentary pause should be noted.

Psychopaths use words as a tool, strategically.  The manipulative use of language is their main lifetool, as fins are to a fish.  Valuable communication is nonverbal.  Borrowing Ramsland’s phrase:  there is no analogue in the normal world to their use of language.  However their strategies are understandable and their communications should be interpreted through that understanding.  It is also important to figure out “how old” the target psychopath is.  That is, how far did they get in their arrested development path (somewhere in latency – 6/7 to puberty, though there are always very, very young traits — none of them for example get the ‘sharing thing’ though many can mime the behavior).  How self referential is the target?  What’s the need to brag?  How arrrogant?  What are the individual’s triggers?  What level of self control?  The more one knows about the individual’s personality the better.  All of this goes into the mix in teasing the truth out of a pathological liar’s communications.

“Man guilty of pushing wife off Colorado cliff to her death” — Harold Henthorn

“Henthorn told investigators that his wife paused to take a photo of the view and fell face-first over the ledge. His attorney, Craig Truman, said prosecutors failed to prove he killed her.

Prosecutors argued during a two-week trial that Henthorn carefully staged Toni Henthorn’s death to look like an accident because he stood to benefit from her $4.7 million in life insurance policies, which she didn’t know existed. The same articles also states his first wife had died when their car fell off the jack while changing a flat.  Toni Henthorn, who died here, earlier had a 20 foot beam fall on her head while they were working on their mountain cabin.

Search: “sociopaths deliberately create catch-22 for their targets”

It’s called a win-win.  First you are victimized by the bullying, abuse, abuse of power, criminal actions, and then if you complain, bring it to light, go to the authorities and nobody believes you, you lose again.  For the target, it’s lose-lose, for the sociopath, it’s win-win.

Psychopaths count on the naivete of empaths, they know that those inexperienced with sociopaths won’t believe the accounts.  That’s why gaslighting works.  I’ve had sociopaths say to me, in joking situations, ‘go ahead and complain no one will believe you anyway’.  But empaths are absolutely convinced that we are all brothers and sisters under the skin.  It’s called naive prey response syndrome, or simply a state of being naive prey.

No doubt Tony Simmons, the juvenile justice counselor, who would casually detour the elevator on the way to court and molest or rape his charges, said the same thing.  (That flavor of sociopathy — current stories in the news, Yes! Sociopathic traits cited from the bench, NY Daily News:  A predator walks: Letting child rapist off without prison time is an outrage in every way.)

Charles Derosalia probably said the same thing.  He was accused of illegally strip-searching, presumably simply for his own pleasure, 18 women picked up on drug charges.  His response was that they were simply “lying druggies”.   (That flavor of sociopathy — current stories in the news, NY Daily News:  Victim of alleged perv NYPD Det. Charles Derosalia: ‘I was fondled by cop and now I can’t sleep’.)

Finally, let’s not forget third party psychopaths, who will jump on the ‘oh, that’s ridiculous’ bandwagon with no pretense of considering the target’s claims.  Psychopaths stand together versus the normy world.
